  We had a horrible experience with Kool smiles and small smile. I had to drag my 5yr old out of one of those offices after a procedure she had gotten (mind u, she still has her baby teeth) nd they treated her like if she had her adult teeth. I didn't like the way they spoke to her in either places nd they we're not that much kid friendly, at least not the way I thought they would. I was stressed because I didn't know where else could I take her. I read bad reviews of this dental office in the mall but I seen the dates, nd since they were old I gave them I try. The dentist and their helpers were way better. We felt welcomed and Dr.Shang was amazing, still is. And my daughter is no longer traumatized. Definitely recommend!

  Horrible, horrible people! Extremely bad customer relations skills. I felt completely uncomfortable talking to the supervisor Maria, she just kept talking over me not listening to a thing I was saying. 3 times my daughter went there and 3 times was sent away and did not take my daughter for dental services even though she had a confirmation for dental work. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just because of the way the supervisor talk to me. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

  I just went there for celince and floride and I left scacking almost geen and in tears please do not send your children there so they don't have to suffer like I did.
